If we are unable to offer you a place when you have applied, there is a right of appeal to a body that is independent of the school. Further information on school admissions and appeals can be found on the Devon County Council website. 

Appeals at the normal round of admission to Reception will be heard 20 days after refusal or 22 May (tbc) (whichever is later).  The deadline for appeals is 31 May (tbc)

In-year admission appeals must be heard 20 school days after refusal.

There is a different Admissions policy for each academic year.
